Account manager h/f
• You build, enhance and maintenain customer relationships between structure and our key accounts. Promote full range of the structure solutions and win the purchase contracts.
• You seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities for our account, including tendering guide, bidding, contracting, project implementation and collection.
• You cooperate with pre-sale engineers, marketing and engineering team and our partners to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products. You collect and analyze marketing and competition information, make the correct marketing strategy and activities.
• With an engineering degree in Telecoms or Electronica. You have at least 05 years experience of sales working experience in venders or system integrators. You are fluent in english and french.
• Your ability to work under pressure, show creativity and must welcome challenges and your availability to travel outside Tunisia are your strengths to succeed in your mission.
Project manager h/f
• You lead project teams on a medium size projects or on a segment of a large project to successful completion and contract fulfilment as project progress cost quality.
• As the representative of project, you are responsible to make the identical target with customer;to insure project initialization in time，delivery project base on preconcerted target to insure profit.You ensure assigned work meets project objectives, milestones, success criteria, and established KPIs.
• You are responsible to acquire acceptance certification timely, assist on cash-flow collection; and maintain the customer’s satisfaction on project deployment. You are responsible too to profit or loss of project.
• With a bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or Technician degree in Telecommunications. You have at least 05 years experience in Project and team management. You are fluent in english and french.
• Your Ability to work in high pressure and dynamic environment and your charisma and leadership are your strengths to succeed in your mission.

• Vous mettez en place une stratégie d’employer branding innovante Vous Créez des partenariats privés et publiques pour trouver de nouvelles sources de recrutement ; représenter l’entreprise à l’extérieur.
• Vous managez une équipe de recruteurs dans une dynamique commerciale et qualitative. Vous pilotez les process et outils de recrutement, mesurer leur efficacité.
• De formation Supérieure en Gestion Ressources Humaines, Psychologie, Sociologie, Commerce ou équivalent. Vous bénéficiez d’au moins 05 ans d’expérience dans une position similaire au sein de grande structure et le recrutement à grande échelle. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue française et avez un bon niveau en anglais.
• Votre sens du résultat et du challenge, votre bonne attitude commerciale et relationnelle ainsi que vos techniques d’évaluation sont vos principaux atouts pour réussir dans votre mission.
