Human Ressources Development Manager

Main Missions :
– To Support HR ongoing Processes.
– To be in Charge of Carriers management:
– To insure performance planning and appraisal system,
– To create new jobs description and update available documents.
– To define succession plans dedicate to all company’s departments.
– To edit and analyze HR KPI reporting and To support HR team in KPI improvement plan definition and execution.
– To Manage establishment project of Marquardt Tunisia integrated training center:
– Define MTITC Goals.
– Define MTITC establishment resources.
– Define MTITC establishment steps schedule.
– Define MTITC manuals.

Profile:
– M/W age minimum 35 years Old
– Human Resources management university degree or equivalent.
– Experience 5 to 7 years in Human Resources development field.
– Very fluent English. (If not, please do not apply).
