Henkel is looking for
Sales supervisor – Landry and home care
1400096B, Tunis
What we offer
• Responsible for setting and monitoring a detailed action plan for the defined unit sales plan.
• Achieving sales target by brand & SKU and ensuring high efficiency of coverage and distribution within the distributor’s area
• Steering sales KPIs (e.g. stock level, Sales-in, Sales-out and account receivable days etc.)
• Ensuring the implementation of company pricing and payment policies at the distributor and the market
• Ensuring the implementation of sales trade systems and activities and follow up on projects
• Following up and analyzing competitor’s activities.
• Monitoring and controlling distributors’ expenses and investments
• Staffing for the distributor man power and applying the right workload profile
• Developing, evaluating and training the distributor’s staff through Henkel process and on the job training
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Commerce
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales preferably in a FMCG company
• Knowledgeable in the fields of Distribution, Coverage, Merchandising and Sales Systems is an advantage
• Fluency in French and Arabic is a must
• Solid command in English is a must
• Solid command of Microsoft Office
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
• Problem solving and negotiation skills
• This position is located in Tunis
